Hello, my name is Nathan Orth, and I’m running for Federal Way City Council — Seat 2.

I was born in Washington, and like many families with military roots, we moved often before settling back here when I was nine. Washington has been my home ever since — it’s where I grew up, where I built my career, and where I chose to raise a family.

For over 20 years, I’ve worked in operations, helping to manage a small logistics company. I know what it means to solve problems, manage resources, and keep things moving — skills I believe our city council needs now more than ever.

My wife and I found our home in Federal Way eight years ago. What we discovered here wasn’t just a house — it was a community full of potential. That’s the spirit I want to help strengthen: a city that works for everyone, with opportunity, safety, and smart growth at the heart of every decision.
